3. Ordering and Payment

  • Orders can be placed via the website/app before the daily cut-off time.

  • Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

  • We accept [UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, COD, etc.].

  • Full payment is required to confirm an order (unless COD is selected).

4. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries are made to select areas within Ranchi Jharkhand.

  • Estimated delivery windows:

    • Items will be delivered within 30 minutes to 1 hour.

  • Delivery delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.

  • Customers are responsible for being available to receive the delivery.

5. Order Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Orders can’t be cancelled once placed.

  • There is no refund/return/replacement we are accepting once the order is placed.

  • For technical issue or duplicate payment we will credit the refund within 3-4 days to the original source of payment method,

  • We follow food safety and hygiene standards during preparation and delivery.

  • Food is freshly prepared and may be delivered warm or at room temperature.

  • Customers with allergies must inform us in advance. We are not liable for reactions to undisclosed allergies.

7. Use of the Website

  • You agree not to misuse the website or engage in unlawful activities.

  • All content, including logos, recipes, and designs, are the intellectual property of Dibyabhojana

  • We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party delivery personnel.

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
